I’ve always been a traveler, an aspiring chef, a frustrated professional photographer all my life, starting from my young playful childhood years and now blossoming over time into a full pledge passion and even obsession to see the world.
I rarely if ever watch TV except if the show is National Geography or Travel channel, I find it too boring, instead I prefer to read a book and let my mind do the thinking, and I cannot be inside the house for an entire day without getting stir crazy. I seem to have a problem with my insatiable quest and desire to travel. I am wanderlust and will always be.
Even before I get home from a long trip, I’m already thinking about and planning the next adventure. I start to search for cheap flights and plan to organize my trip, when will it be, what will I bring and how much should I spend. Because life really is short and I want to see it all!
Traveling makes me who I am. I love to learn and to explore. I believe that traveling is the key to a happy life. We all deserve to see and experience this magical planet. I am now dedicating myself to exploring this world. That’s my relief of wanderlust. And I am encouraging you to do the same.
Here is my wish list of places I want to see and why:
- Japan – Top of my list is Japan. It is the most wonderful country in the world that I would like to visit. Known as “The Land of the Rising Sun”. Looking forward to spend time exploring this fascinating city, and also take a day to visit beautiful Hakone and scenic Mt. Fuji and experience the rich culture of Japan.
- Cambodia – to watch the sunrise over celebrated Angkor Wat, to see the colors of dawn glow against the temple’s sandstone pillars and carvings.
- Vietnam – to witness the treasured scenery of Ha Long Bay in luxurious style, from limestone karsts to expansive caves. Visiting the elegant tombs of past emperors within the Imperial City of Hue. And the famous labyrinthine collection of channels within the Cu Chi Tunnels
- Thailand – To journey through the famous Royal Palace, and the celebrated Emerald Buddha. And to experience the traditional Floating Markets, filled with vibrant fruits and delicious cuisine
- South Korea – planning to visit South Korea during winter season and experience Winter Sonata. To enjoy a tour which includes the capital, Seoul, Busan, and wear traditional Korean costume.
- Laos – the reason I wanted to visit Laos is because of the cultural attractions and natural wonders and temples that reflect the past 500 years of Buddhist architecture, massive stone jars that defy easy explanation and caves crammed full of Buddha images.
- China – Looking forward and walk through the rooms that housed ancient emperors in the Forbidden City in Beijing. Stand with the Terracotta warriors in Xi’an and walk in the one of the wonders of the world – the Great Wall of China.
- Hongkong – Hong Kong is an amazing place to visit. And I want to travel there also. I want to see the view of the city’s skyscraper that never gets old.
- Singapore – which is already my second home. It is my privilege to regularly visit Singapore, its cleanliness and very orderly means of transportation. I love to walk along the Orchard Road and take a relaxing sit in the Marina Bay Sands area.
- Malaysia – had been to Kuala Lumpur and mesmerized by the beauty of Petronas Towers, especially at night. And never forget to mention the unforgettable experience at Batu Caves.
Other places on my list are Europe including London and Italy, Rio Brazil, US, Australia, UAE, India and Bali, Indonesia.
